     Those guys are amazing and provide great customer service which you don't see everyday. The screens on my phone was damaged pretty bad, front and rear screen. I spoke to one of the team members, Conner is good at what he does and knows what he's talking about. Within a couple of days I received a phone call to let me know my phone was ready for pick up. When I got home, it could not connect with wifi or Bluetooth, I ran them first thing the next business day and was told to bring it in. I was told me that it could be fixed but very complex, micro soldering repairs can be risky. I didnt go ahead with the repairs, they took the new screens back and gave me a full refund no questions asked. Thanks Conner and your team.      I had a months long problem where intermittently, some colours on my phone were inverted. I’d do a video call and the other person was a photo negative. Very annoying. Connor & an offsider fixed it within 5 minutes(?). Did a phone reset, found the switch that turned on colour inversion … it was off … turned it on then off again and it seems fixed now. “What’d do I I owe you, mate?” “Nothing … we do simple stuff for free.” Well done & thanks. I’d give him 6 stars if I could. My wife said the same shop helped her out with her phone a while ago and recommended them, but I’m not sure the details of what they did for her.

     My iPhone locked up during an update and no matter what I tried I couldn’t even get it to turn on. Took it to NMPR who said come back in 3 hours which I did. Was told they were having trouble with it and to come back in a couple of hours. I was half expecting to be told it was unrepairable but when I returned they had it working again. Thought it might be costly repair but they only charged me $39. And replaced my screen protector without me asking. Excellent job and great value for money!

     Friendly staff happy to help with advice and assistance, I saw Cam to have my phone camera lens replaced who let me know it’s only superficial damage and my cameras are fine. Cam hooked me up with lens protectors instead to help save $ for when they (lenses) really need it. It’s this sort of service that matters, when it’s about the customer not the sale.      Unfortunately I dropped my iPad while holidaying in Mackay & it stopped working. I took my iPad to National Mobile in Mackay & within 24 hours they had it fixed. I also learned that on a previous occasion when I had my iPad battery replaced in Newcastle NSW, at considerable cost, the new battery had not been secured properly, which contributed to why my iPad stopped working after I dropped it. I also learned that my touch screen, which I’d had repaired on a previous occasion, in Newcastle, it had not been repaired properly. I was pleasantly surprised when I paid for the repairs. It was so much less than anticipated & a lot less than what I was charged, for repairs, in Newcastle. Thank you guys for your prompt courteous service. Cheers

     Pretty grateful, I work out of town and I was able to get someone to run in my phone as they were going to town. National mobile fixed my phone within an hour or 2 and that same person was able to bring it back to me. Awesome service and great price, they have also ordered me in a new back screen which means I will feel like I have a new phone soon - and they did me an awesome deal for a new back screen.
